Terms of Service

HVAC Bling ("we", "us") operates this app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with HVAC Bling and agree to these terms. If you keep using the Service, you accept these terms and any updates to them.

The Service

The Service lets HVAC professionals store job photos, equipment model and serial numbers, and start-up readings, and share job records with others.

Your account

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organization you use the Service for. Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
• uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with its security, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or getting around technical limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and records you upload. You give us a limited license to host and process that content only so we can provide the Service.

Our intellectual property

HVAC Bling owns the Service and all its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
